		<description>All feedback expires after a year now, so it will go away then, and if you have enough sales, it can still show 100 percent even if you have a negative.  And I&#039;m trying to contact the customer to find out what the problem was and see if we can resolve it.  If that&#039;s the case, then I may have a chance at getting the negative removed.

In a lot of ways, it&#039;s not that big of a deal, just kind of surprising that I finally got one on a sale that I was totally not expecting it on.</description>

		<description>That might change again later. I saw a guy with 100%, but he had like 20 negative sales in the last 12 months!  Surely at some level things change and it rounds up again??</description>
