I can watch bald eagles fish from my kitchen window. Two days ago, I got within about 40 feet of one roosting in a tree. I will be the bigger person here and not gloat.

Excellent shots. Now you can start working on your the bald eagle lining for your winter coat.
This is truly awesome. It’s one thing to live close enough to nature to be able to walk to it. To get up and drink your coffee while watching a bald eagle out the window, that is truly spectacular!
